Rob Boyle and Dave Hitchcock were the listing agents for Hollies Executive Golf Course from July 2015 to September 2016. Rob and Dave did much of the work which included, advertising the golf course, taking professional videos and photos, researching zoning, escorting clients to the business and many other pertinent and essential details -a comprehensive list. A sale finally culminated in September 2016 with a partial sale; 2 lots on the course's East Side. The entire golf course was sold months later too.
